Stress Free Parties requires 50% of the total at the time of booking in order to hold specified date. Full
payment required the week prior to event. This is one less task you’ll have to think about the day of the
event. The price listed covers a two hour session for twelve children. There will be a charge of $18 per extra child.
We will call seven days in advance to confirm the final head count. We will not be liable for no shows or late
arrivals. We will not be responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries during the time of the event. We are
not responsible for any allergic reactions to the costumes, make-up, or food. We must be alerted of any food
allergies in advance. We are not responsible for postage and/or mailing of invitations and/or thank you cards.
We will not be liable for the behavior of adults consuming alcohol. Costumes are the property of Stress Free
Parties and may be bought for a specific fee, if you wish to do so. One Polaroid will be given to each child
Any other pictures taken are the property of Stress Free Parties and may be purchased for a specified price.
In this case, negatives remain the property of Stress Free Parties. Pictures may be used in press or publicity
for Stress Free Parties. Party favors and crafts remain the property of the client. Stress Free Parties will not be
responsible for any accidents or injuries involving Stress Free Parties party favors.
